• The SDR-1000 fully automated rework station (Smart drive Reflow) that include our latest innovation for very challenging rework processes and the need to fully automate the process.
• New the "SRC-60" stand alone Solder Residue Cleaner machine. Designed to help address PCB solder cleaning quality and a time save which varies from person to person.
• New the "PHL-6000" Preheater compatible with large thick heavy multi-layer boards. Designed to help activate flux, prevent thermal shock, and improve solder joint quality
during the SMT assembly.
• New the "RB-700" the Multi re-baling Jig. The tool is designed to address reduce time and
cost saving in the re-balling process.
We are planning to set up a simple demonstration space where you can experience de-soldering and re-balling.
