DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS, CO., LTD. Will Exhibit Their Latest Innovations In Repair Equipment at Nepcon Japan
TOKYO, JAPAN — December 1, 2019 — DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS, CO., LTD. is
pleased to announce that it will exhibit at the Tokyo Big Site, scheduled to take place January 15-17 2020 in Tokyo, Japan and will showcase our special new advanced model the RD-500VL series rework machine for handling 5G applications and very large PCBs.
Including the newest addition DEN-ON will present its complete line of the RD-500V series Rework Stations which features their Ultra HD camera with a 19" LCD display for easy visual alignment. All of the RD-500V series rework stations are equipped with powerful built-in 1000W localized convection heaters on both the top-and bottom-side, and an area heater that can range from 2.0 kw - 4.8kw quick heating IR heaters. Precise profiling including detailed temperature curves can be executed by closely controlling and editing up to 30 zones individually.
The machines closed loop heating control can sample the data in very small intervals of 0.1 sec, allowing extremely accurate temperature management. The latest and newest of the RD-500V series will include its new large platform machine the RD-500VL for PCBs for 5G applications and PCBs larger than 800 x 650 mm.
This new model will include the all-in-one in technology that can handle the very smallest of components from 01005 to the very largest which will also be displayed with our advanced tools for technology of the future, including:

The RD-1000 fully automated rework station and our LR-500 laser rework machine that include our latest innovation for very challenging rework processes and the need to fully automate the process.
