Dear Valued Customer: At this time we would like to say thank you very much for purchasing and using our products. Our hope is that our tools over time have proven to be a satisfactory solution for your rework needs.
We are writing to inform you that some of our models that have served you well have reached the EOL end of life status and will be considered obsolete.
The following models are now considered EOL – End of Life stage.
RD500, RD500 ll, RD-500 lll Rework Stations
We will continue to provide support on a best effort basis, and we regret that we will not be able to provide our customary high level of support on these products effective September 1st, 2017
The RD500, RD500ll and RD-500lll Rework Station has been replaced by the newer RD500V series our latest technology model series Rework Stations.
